KBWS series new rod-type bead mill, a continuous wet grinding equipment, adopts a closed continuous working chamber to prevent material volatilization. Simple operation, safe and reliable, high grinding fineness, efficiency 2~3 times that of ordinary disk sand mills. Suitable for material grinding in industries such as coatings, inks, pigments, color pastes, cosmetics, pesticides, and pharmaceuticals. Can grind aggregated material particles to ultra-fine requirements in a short time.

Its working mechanism is through the motor driving the pins to rotate at high speed, while transferring energy to the grinding medium and liquid-phase materials. Through the collision, extrusion, and other actions between the two, the purpose of ultra-fine grinding is achieved. Pins (tungsten carbide material) are arranged on the rotor and cylinder to enhance the impact and shearing effect on the material, improving the dispersion and grinding effect. There is also a structural performance for adjusting the amount of beads to adapt to the grinding performance requirements of different products.
Adjustable dynamic separation screen system: The dynamic design ensures smooth material flow, enhancing grinding efficiency; the gap can be adjusted to 0.3mm, and users can select φ0.6-φ1.0 mm grinding media, creating conditions to improve product fineness.
The entire machine features triple cooling—internal, external, and end-face—ensuring timely heat dissipation during grinding; equipped with real-time monitoring and protection systems for water temperature, material temperature, material pressure, water pressure, and air pressure, guaranteeing normal equipment operation.
