The hydraulic lift-type basket grinder is a new wet grinding equipment. This equipment changes the traditional production process by combining the original two processes of dispersion sand grinding into one, reducing the process steps, no need for pumps or valves, one machine plus one container can complete dispersion grinding, improving efficiency and reducing material waste.

The grinding basket draws materials into the grinding chamber through the high-speed rotation of the impeller. The disc in the grinding chamber is driven by the motor to move the zirconia beads at high speed. The grinding effect is achieved through the impact and friction of the zirconia beads. The high-speed rotating bottom dispersing plate creates a vacuum around it, drawing the materials out of the grinding chamber to achieve circulation. This machine is versatile, reducing the need for peripheral equipment in traditional processing devices, lowering costs, and is also very easy to clean.
