The grinding discs of the laboratory horizontal bead mill are installed on the stirrer shaft in a certain order, overcoming the disadvantages of traditional horizontal sand mills such as uneven distribution of grinding media and poor particle size distribution after grinding. Under the action of the feed pump, the material enters the grinding chamber. The inlet is designed at one end of the driving connection flange, and the material flow is opposite to the mechanical bearing at the bottom end, greatly reducing the pressure on the mechanical seal and extending its service life. During the high-speed operation of the eccentric disc on the stirrer shaft, the mixture of material and grinding medium undergoes efficient relative motion. As a result, the solid particles of the material are effectively dispersed and sheared, and after passing through the dynamic high-flow rotor gap separator, the final product is obtained. Depending on the product grinding process, independent batch circulation grinding or series grinding process can be adopted.
