KFSY type hydraulic lifting high-speed disperser, suitable for pre-dispersion and mixing used in industrial production.
Its working principle is through the high-speed rotation of the sawtooth dispersing disc, generating strong shear impact and friction between the material and the dispersing disc, achieving rapid dispersion, dissolution, and uniform mixing. This equipment has a compact structure, stable performance, precise frequency conversion speed regulation, low energy consumption, stable hydraulic lifting performance, convenient operation, easy disassembly and cleaning of the dispersing disc, and is widely used in coatings, inks, adhesives, emulsions, fine chemicals, and other mixing and dispersion applications.

Through the high-speed rotation dispersing disc, the material will become in annular form flow, resulting in strong vortex flow, which descend down to the bottom of the vortex in spiral state. During the process, materials are dispersed, dissolved, mixed and emulsified efficiently due to the strong shearing crash and friction among the particles.
