The high-shear emulsifier's rotor rotates at high speed, generating extremely high linear velocity and high-frequency mechanical effects, which produce strong kinetic energy.This causes materials to undergo strong shearing, centrifugal extrusion, liquid layer friction, impact tearing, and turbulence in the precise gap between the rotor and stator. As a result, immiscible solid, liquid, and gas phases are uniformly and finely emulsified instantly under the combined effect of corresponding mature processes and appropriate additives. Through high-frequency cyclic circulation, a stable, high-quality product is ultimately obtained. The emulsifier head features bidirectional feeding with no dead zones.This series of emulsifiers is installed on reaction vessels or containers, with an insert-type production emulsifier head, suitable for large-scale industrial production.
